if for any reason you are unsatisfied about your purchase please contact us at
sales@susquehannaglass.com within 10 days of receipt of item to arrange an
exchange. We will give you a credit for the full amount of your purchase (not
including S&H). Since we carry over 1000 unique items, you are sure to find
something else you like. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Items sold seconds are clearly marked in the
Overstock section.
Shipping

We
use UPS to ship your package. If your billing address and shipping address are
in the U.S., please place your order online. Plain Glass will ship within 1-3
days of your payment being received. Personalized glass will ship 14 days after
your payment is received. Everything is shipped from our factory in Columbia,
Pennsylvania, USA. Customers outside of North America should email us with the
sku of the items that they are interested in to receive a quote on shipping and
handling.
If you provide your e-mail, you will receive tracking
information.
We use new shipping materials and professional packers to pack
your items to ensure safe delivery. If you do not receive your package within 3
weeks of purchase, please contact us. You never need to worry, we will provide a
full refund if your item arrives broken or is lost in delivery.

Taxes

U.S.
customers (outside the state of Pennsylvania) do not pay any taxes for items
purchased and shipped online. Pennsylvania residents must pay the state 6%
